Comet & Co is celebrating its second anniversary and continuing to expand in the experiential luxury sector
Two years after its launch, the beauty concierge service Comet & Co continues to expand its presence among leading luxury brands and luxury hotels. This growth comes at a time when the market is seeing increasing demand for personalized services and experiences that foster strong personal connections.

A New Philosophy of Luxury Concierge Services
Founded by Florence Gabrielle Bournoville, former director of the Dior Spa at the Plaza Athénée, Comet & Co positioned itself from the outset on beauty services for VIC and VIP clientele. In just two years, the company has built a network of talents — studio hairstylists and makeup artists, facialists, skincare experts, and yoga instructors — mobilised to deliver bespoke services. By 2025, the company had already achieved 30% growth and a turnover of over €500,000.
To support this trajectory, Comet & Co is championing an innovative concept: “Gentle Luxury” — a new concierge philosophy rooted in attentiveness, sincerity, and the quality of the relationship.
“I founded Comet & Co with one conviction: the ultimate luxury is the gift of oneself. I firmly believe that true luxury rests on genuine attention to others, on the delicacy of the gesture, and on the sincerity of the relationship. With Gentle Luxury, we aim to offer a softer, more human, and more sustainable approach to luxury,” says Florence Gabrielle Bournoville.
This concept fits within a broader evolution of the luxury sector, where traditional codes are giving way to more personalised and human-centred approaches. Value is progressively shifting towards experience, well-being, and self-care, with greater attention paid to detail and personalisation. In palace hotels and among the great luxury houses alike, this translates into a proliferation of tailor-made gestures — from anticipating client preferences to crafting personalised experiences — making service a key differentiator.
As luxury houses strengthen their relational strategies, the role of specialised intermediaries such as Comet & Co may well become increasingly strategic.
